This brief phone conversation is a chance for us to get to know one another and determine if I might be a good fit for your needs. I will share with you about my practice and cover basic screening questions, as well as address any questions or concerns you might have. If you wish to proceed, we will schedule your intake appointment at the end of the call.
Individual Telehealth Therapy
Insurance or Out-of-Network
Individual counseling sessions are 50-minutes and are focused on addressing your mental health needs and therapy goals. These telehealth appointments can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as-needed.
Cost of counseling sessions will vary based on your health insurance coverage and deductible status. I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Optum, and Midlands Choice - meaning your bills will go through your insurance just like any other health appointment. If I am out-of-network (meaning I do not take your insurance) or if you choose to do pay cash, my rate is $200.
Clinical Supervision
180-225
This is a weekly rate, which includes a 1-on-1 hour of supervision, reading and signing of clinical notes, review of treatment plans, mentorship, and as-needed additional support. I have specialized training in supervision and several years of experience. Price varies depending on licensure.
Consultation
180-250
This is an hourly rate for services. Areas of expertise include college counseling centers and therapy dog program/policy/implementation. There is no minimum contract, but 4-6 meetings (either group or individual) minimum may be a recommended for consultation relationship and benefits. This rate applies to meetings as well as hours spent on assessment, developing or refining policies and procedures, enhancing or organizing digital content, organizing processes, etc. Price varies based on expertise needed and preparation required.
