Hi! I’m glad you’re here.
Welcome to therapy for thoughtful, high-achieving adults who are tired of overthinking, burnout, and holding it all together alone.
Our Work Together
I most often work with high-functioning, emotionally exhausted overthinkers who look like they’re doing “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck in their heads, and never quite good enough on the inside.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling anxious, overextended, or self-critical, while also building practical ways to help your nervous system feel more grounded and supported in daily life.
Therapy with me is both reflective and practical: we make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and we also work toward feeling more present, lighter, and more at ease in your actual day-to-day life.
I will join you in the heaviness, but I will also seek to leave you feeling lighter. ~ Maddie
